Striving for Excellence through Continuous Improvement

Early Years Education

We have developed a robust academic programme, aligned with the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (The Kindergarten programme for children aged 3-5 is called the Foundation Stage) Our EYFS approach towards learning and development revolves around 3 main themes each providing a stimulating, secure and fun environment for children aged 3-5 years where they may grow in confidence. The Foundation Stage is focused on whole child development where proper attention is given to the social development, skills and knowledge that children need to interact in a complex and changing world. Children are introduced to foundations in reading and writing (of subjects like Science, Mathematics and ICT – Information and Communication Technology) through a system of practical applications and a stimulating learning environment.
Primary

Our school community works together in creating a stimulating hands-on place for learning that places the physical and emotional well being of the child at the centre of a welcoming environment. Our facilities include dedicated science and stem labs, sports grounds and talented coaches. Our well-equipped libraries and a structured approach to reading enables our students to become literature enthusiasts as they explore multiple pieces of fiction. Our student-led clubs and societies, such as drama, poetry, public speaking, dance, and life skills, allow our learners to develop their skills and practice leadership, taking us one step closer to our commitment of nurturing the champions of the future. We believe that students should experience their learning, discover new ideas, explore their thinking and make connections with what they have learnt previously.
